An "after picture" of a not so clean car. We discovered that we were also missing one of the covers that hang down behind the tires. Oh well, it is probably in a lava field somewhere and we did return most of the car to Hertz.
We made, like all tourists on Iceland, a stop at the Blue Lagoon before flying out. Sure, it is a very nice spa, but nothing compared to a small hot spring in the wilderness :-)
Conclusion: Maybe one of the best holidays ever!
